Pick an eye shadow color similar to your eyebrow or hair color. Remember that eye shadow appears 1 shade darker when applied. Apply the eye shadow to a small, angled makeup or liner brush. Brush the eye shadow onto your eyebrows, beginning near the center and working toward the outer edge. Focus your attention on thin areas of your eyebrow, such as the outer edge and the underside of the brow. Use firmer brush strokes to apply extra makeup on these parts of the brow.
